My client is an industry leading SaaS platform, changing the way businesses raise capital! Using their next-gen tech, they handle everything from Payments through Compliance - to enable fans, customers, and followers to invest!

🚀 The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone at ease with hyper growth, comfortability owning both Accounting and FP&A, and has a drive to be apart of a rocket ship! You need to have a strong understanding of complex SaaS models and metrics, and have worked cross-functionally with the Sales, GTM, and Rev Ops team.

Responsibilities;

• Own the financial planning processes; driving and supporting rapid growth
• Leverage AI and data-driven insights to guide strategic investments and capitalize on emerging market trends
• Deliver accurate and timely financial reports and dashboards; meeting regulatory standards and serve as strategic roadmaps
• Cash flow and liquidity management, ensuring working capital is maintained with a forward-looking approach, anticipating the evolving needs of an expanding business
• Manage and lead the accounting team; creating efficiency, and evolve processes, systems, and procedures in line with business growth
• Create partnerships across departments, working cross functionally with the Sales, GTM, and Rev Ops team
• Drive a culture of excellence within the finance team, building and fostering a collaborative spirit that continues to push the company forward

What you need;

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles
• Proven track record of managing previous businesses through periods of sustained growth
• Direct experience with SaaS; within the MarTech / AdTech / FinTech sectors
• A background of scaling a finance organization with an emphasis on leveraging technology and AI
• NetSuite experience is a must
• The ability to think on your feet, and thrive in a fast paced, changing environment
