Replacement Technician - HVAC & Plumbing

We are looking for a Replacement Technician with hands-on experience in removing and installing commercial HVAC and/or plumbing systems . This role is ideal for a detail-oriented technician who thrives on precision, teamwork, and ensuring seamless system transitions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remove and replace HVAC units, furnaces, condensers, water heaters, piping, or plumbing fixtures as required
• Ensure replacements meet all manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and local codes
• Perform site assessments to prepare for replacement jobs
• Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and correctly
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and work performed
• Provide excellent service and communication to clients throughout the job
• Keep job sites clean and safe at all times

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC and/or plumbing system replacement
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and installation best practices
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
• EPA Certification (for HVAC roles) preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong troubleshooting and time management skills
• Comfortable working in tight spaces, rooftops, and variable weather conditions
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus
