My client is looking to hire a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager with expertise interior finish out on high rise buildings. They are a leading commercial general contractor that are based in Dallas, TX but have projects across Texas. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage TI projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project success
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and materials procurement
• Handle estimating, bidding, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Lead and mentor field teams and subcontractors

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in TI project management
• Experience working on high rise projects
• Proficiency in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Compensation:

$95,000 - $140,000 base salary + bonus
