The Outpatient Rehab Department at Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center is a dynamic environment where you can pursue a highly challenging and rewarding career. Seeking a PRN Outpatient Occupational Therapist to join our team in an exciting environment working with the general orthopedic (splinting experience/interest a plus) and neurological populations while demonstrating evidence-based practice and utilizing Clinical Practice Guidelines to provide high quality and valued care to our patients. This position is Per Diem. \#AZEVREHAB **Qualifications** **Minimum:** + Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting required. + Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program required. + Computer skills required. Arizona License in professional area. + American Heart Association BLS. **Preferred:** + Two years progressive Oupatient experience in clinical area performing patient clinical care with the general orthopedic (splinting experience/interest a plus) and neurological populations. + Master's or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical area preferred. + Prior use of electronic health record preferred. **Pay Range** $36.96 - $53.60 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
