Location Requirement: This is an in-person position based in Austin, TX. Candidates outside the Austin area or out of state must relocate. After onboarding and training, this full-time role offers a hybrid work schedule , allowing you to work from home 2-3 days per week and in-office 2-3 days per week.
Doyle & Seelbach PLLC is on the lookout for a superstar litigation paralegal to join our team! We're a small, Austin-based litigation firm that's dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional legal representation. Our statewide practice includes a growing number of personal injury defense, employment, business, construction, and real estate disputes. We're seeking a paralegal with at least two years of experience in civil litigation who's ready to help us take on the world.
As part of our team, you'll use your legal superpowers to draft legal documents (pleadings, discovery, etc.), conduct factual and legal analysis, and help attorneys prepare for mediations, depositions, hearings, trials, and/or arbitrations. You'll also get to interact with clients, because we believe in fostering strong relationships with our clients. And the best part? You'll get to do all of this while working with a team of attorneys who take their clients' business seriously, but don't take themselves too seriously.
We offer a competitive annual salary, plus benefits, and we're always looking for ways to reward our hardworking team members. Our new hybrid remote work policy allows you to work from home 2-3 days per week after the completion of the new hire onboarding and training period.
To qualify for this position, you must have excellent writing and verbal skills, organizational skills, and be a team player who can work in a fast-paced environment. Being computer savvy is a must, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel), practice management software (Clio or something like it), and tracking billable time is a huge plus.
So, if you're ready to join our league of justice and help us save the day, then apply now to become our newest legal superhero. We can't wait to meet you!
