This is a strategic technology leadership role focused on scaling cloud-native systems, driving technical design, and guiding a globally distributed engineering team through the next phase of platform growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading engineering and architecture functions within enterprise SaaS or complex software environments.
• Strong architectural and systems design expertise, with hands-on understanding of modern backend technologies.
• Solid grasp of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, containerisation, and secure software delivery.
• Confident communicator with experience engaging directly with enterprise clients or senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to grow and mentor engineering teams, define strategy, and lead transformation.
