We are currently seeking a Finance Analyst to join our Multifamily Development Division in our Downtown Miami headquarters. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a motivated early-career professional to contribute to the financial analysis and underwriting of new multifamily development projects, including market-rate, workforce, and affordable housing as well as to gain exposure and experience in other facets of real estate development as you grow within the role. Key Responsibilities: Financial Modeling & Analysis Support the development and maintenance of financial models for prospective and active real estate investments. Assist with preparing financing packages for lenders, investors, and public funding agencies. Conduct market research to inform rent, expense, and absorption assumptions. Analyze rental trends and gather data through broker outreach and industry resources. Contribute to evaluating investment strategies, including cash flow projections, returns, and disposition scenarios. Due Diligence & Budgeting Participate in financial and physical due diligence for development and acquisition opportunities. Assist in reviewing contracts, budgets, and consultant proposals. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Development Associates and Managers to support project feasibility analysis. Provide Excel-based analytical support to internal teams across the organization. Assist with special projects and executive presentations as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. Preference for 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in real estate finance, investments, or development (internships will be considered). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including modeling and analytical functions; strong command of Microsoft Office Suite. Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with affordable housing financing (e.g., LIHTC) is a plus.
