What You'll Do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service at retail events, brand activations, and live promotional campaigns

• Represent well-known consumer brands with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm

• Answer customer questions, provide product details, and ensure a positive experience

• Assist with event setup, booth management, and breakdown

• Collect valuable customer feedback to help improve campaign success

• Work closely with your team to ensure smooth and effective event operations

Who We're Looking For:

• A friendly, engaging communicator with a people-first mindset

• Dependable, punctual, and open to a flexible schedule (including weekends)

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus — but not required !
