Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team in Downtown Jacksonville. This individual will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support the continued growth of our firm. The ideal candidate will be skilled in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing passive candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating compensation, and utilizing recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ADP Workforce Now.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization, including legal, administrative, and operational positions
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through online platforms, networking, and other creative sourcing strategies
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage passive candidates
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Facilitate the offer process, including compensation negotiation and offer letter preparation
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and progress tracking within the ATS
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or legal setting
  • Proven hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Experience in compensation discussions and offer negotiations
  • Skilled in passive candidate sourcing and engagement
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Experience with ADP WFN preferred but not required

Schedule:

  • Full-time, 8-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday
  • Onsite in a professional office setting
