We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic Sales Associate for our Aventura Mall location. If you thrive in luxury environments, love sharing your knowledge of unique products, and enjoy creating memorable customer experiences, this opportunity could be a perfect match for you.

You are...

· Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn

· Committed, reliable, and responsible

· Experienced in luxury retail sales, with a focus on building lasting client relationships

· Proactive, driven, and motivated to tackle challenges

· A strong problem solver with excellent time management skills

· Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable handling operational tasks

· Fluent in at least two languages (a major plus in luxury retail)

· Physically able to lift up to 25lbs occasionally

Responsibilities

· Actively contribute to driving store sales and achieving targets

· Provide exceptional customer experiences through superior product knowledge, warm service, and an impeccable representation of the Baobab Collection brand

· Develop new clients while nurturing and strengthening existing client relationships

· Help maintain a positive, supportive work environment

· Uphold the store's visual standards and ensure cleanliness and organization

· Assist with stock control, inventories, and operational tasks

· Process customer transactions, resolve POS issues, and ensure smooth operations

· Receive, prepare, and organize shipments and deliveries

· Participate in organizing and executing brand events

· Engage with the local community and partner with neighboring businesses to foster a strong brand presence
