His/her primary mandate will be to establish the Company as the leading and most valuable player in its markets by optimizing sustainable growth, operating performance and earnings.

The Chief Executive Officer will be accountable for all aspects of the Company's strategy, commercial and operational performance. Candidates will be exceptional business leaders with a proven track record of expanding and/or creating businesses through both organic and acquisitive strategies. He/she will have managed complex businesses and supply chains to deliver superior results across markets, channels and economic cycles. Results will be operational and financial but will also be illustrated through the development of a productive, healthy and empowered culture.

Proven track record leading, operating and growing businesses as CEO or in a top leadership role with full/direct profit and loss accountability. Experience should emphasize profitable growth, but it is important that the executive have a robust and complete general management tool kit.

Proven ability to create and execute a strategic plan with organic and inorganic growth initiatives, including world-class channel development in distribution, ecommerce, installation and retail channels. Managing and optimizing customer segments, value propositions and go-to-market programs. History of market-leading growth and sustainable profitability in competitive and dynamic markets. Evidence of successful “breakout” initiatives that set new industry standards, customer expectations, and drive unique enterprise valuation.
Automotive Aftermarket
Experience spanning the Automotive Aftermarket Industry with a manufacturer or distributor/wholesaler is strongly desired, preferably with a combination of all across market cycles. This experience should have similarities in scale and complexity.
Operational and Service Excellence
Proven ability to deploy operating and business process improvement initiatives, centering on standardized operating systems, best practices and tools.
