Aerospace Chief Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead research, planning, and design initiatives for mechanical and electromechanical aerospace products.
• Oversee fabrication, operation, application, and repair of aerospace components, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Support the design of critical systems, including heat transfer equipment, aircraft exhaust components, tooling, and test equipment.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams and collaborate cross-functionally to drive project success.
• Ensure adherence to FAA Part 145 regulations and best practices in aerospace engineering.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of aerospace experience with FAA Part 145 compliance.
• 3D modeling experience in aerospace (SolidWorks preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (minimum requirement).
• Proven leadership experience as at least an Engineering Supervisor.
• Experience working directly with clients in an engineering capacity.
• Knowledge of brazing, metrology, and telemetry.

Must Have:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Aerospace Manufacturing Industry
• 3+ recent years of experience FAA part 145 repair station
• Bachelors Degree
• Knowledge of brazing, metrology, and telemetry
