Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Bookkeeper with proven experience using QuickBooks Online to join a small office team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, collaborative environment and can manage day-to-day financial operations independently. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the broader administrative functions of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks Online
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and payment processing
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly
• Support payroll preparation and related reporting
• Generate standard financial reports for management review

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a small office setting
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online (certification a plus)
• Knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation practices
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

The base pay range for this position is $37 , 440–$41 , 600 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
