Base pay range: $1,800.00/hr - $2,000.00/hr

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Responsibilities include accurately recording all day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Must Speak Spanish and English / Bilingual. Fluency in both languages is required.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and complete posting processes.


• Reconcile bank statements.


• Prepare financial statements.


• Verify transactions are recorded correctly in ledgers and general accounts.


• Perform partial checks of postings.


• Enter data, maintain records, and prepare reports and financial statements.


• Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll.


• File and organize financial reports.

Requirements

• Proven bookkeeping experience.


• Understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.


• Ability to manage accounting figures and records.


• Data entry skills and numerical aptitude.


• Experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.


• Proficiency in English, Spanish, MS Office, and Excel.


• High accuracy and attention to detail.


• Knowledge of QuickBooks.

Job Details

Type: Full-time, Part-time (three days/week)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
